Anthony J Allen

Mr. Allen has written four books on the authentication of Chinese porcelain, bronzes and antient pottery.  I've read all of his books and consider them to be one of the best books for new collector in any of these areas of collecting.  A real MUST  have for anyone serious about collecting.  He has also been dealing in Chinese antiques for 30+ years and has sold thousands of peoices through his New Zealand company Allen's Antiques.  If he is selling something, you can be 101% sure it is what he says it is.
